Pro adds the integrated commercial-action workflow — full CRM with pipeline and opportunities, signal-to-opportunity with one click, and commercial Ask Nuclio actions that can unlock contacts and add them to your CRM in a single conversation.
What are Nuclio Data credits?
Nuclio Data credits unlock verified contact details — email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and direct lines — for professionals you identify through the People Graph or Ask Nuclio. Intelligence includes 25 credits/month, Pro includes 100, and Business includes 300 (pooled across your team). You can purchase additional credit packs at any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your new tier activates immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What is the Nuclio Commercial Graph?
The Commercial Graph is the connected data layer that maps the companies, professionals, facilities, products, isotopes, clinical trials and commercial relationships that make up the nuclear medicine economy. Every member interaction — a profile claim, a CRM entry, a Need posted, an RFQ sent — adds signal to the Graph and makes the network more useful for everyone.
Is billing annual or monthly?
Both options are available. Monthly billing gives you flexibility; annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to paying month-to-month.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved. If you downgrade from Pro to Intelligence, your CRM data remains intact but pipeline and opportunity features become read-only until you re-upgrade. Nuclio Data credits you have purchased never expire.
